1)Whatever service you are making changes make
sure Turn On Maintenance Mode in service Action menu on right hand side as shown below.
2)Go to service tab on the
top and pay attention to yellow highlighters and select hdfs on the left side service menu

4) Configuring Rack
awareness (check yellow highlighters below)
6)Check the values below
after it been set up(yellow highlighters)
7)Once racks has been set as
above check it with bashshell:cat topology_mappings.data
